This policy outlines how vendors on Delivery Boy can withdraw their earnings from successful sales.
1. Withdrawal Eligibility
Vendors may request withdrawals five (5) days after a sale has been successfully completed and the order marked as delivered or fulfilled.
This waiting period ensures all transactions are verified and any refund requests resolved before payout.
2. Minimum Payout Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₦1,000.
Requests below this threshold will be held until the next eligible cycle.
3. Withdrawal Method
Withdrawals are processed through the vendor’s registered bank account.
Ensure that your banking information is correct to avoid delays.
4. Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours after the request date, depending on the payment processor and banking network.
5. Commission and Deductions
All commissions and applicable service fees will be automatically deducted from the total sales before withdrawal.
6. Dispute Resolution
In case of payout discrepancies, vendors may contact the Vendor Support Desk for investigation.
