At Delivery Boy, customer satisfaction is a priority.
We have established the following refund policy to ensure fair and transparent resolution for all purchase-related issues.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Customers are eligible to request a refund within four (4) days of purchase or delivery under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
- The vendor fails to deliver the product or service as described;
- A transaction was mistakenly duplicated or charged in error.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not applicable when:
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer;
- The refund request exceeds the four-day window;
- The service (such as dispatch delivery) has already been completed successfully.
3. Refund Process
- Submit a refund request via the Support Center or your account dashboard.
- The platform will review the claim with the vendor.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 2โ5 business days.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
4. Platform Discretion
All refund approvals are subject to verification by Blue-Chips Delivery Boy.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
