By using our website, mobile services, or registering as a customer, vendor, or rider, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and all referenced policies.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, including:

- Our Withdrawal Policy
If you do not agree with any of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
2. Overview of Services
Delivery Boy provides a digital platform connecting:
- Customers – who purchase or book products and services;
- Vendors – who list, manage, and sell products;
- Riders – who handle logistics and deliveries.
We serve as an intermediary only and are not directly responsible for the production, quality, or handling of goods sold on the platform.
3. Account Registration
All users must provide accurate and verifiable details during registration.
Accounts are personal and must not be shared or transferred.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
4. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦).
Payments must be completed through the approved payment gateway on our website.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive an electronic receipt via email.
5. Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a refund within four (4) days of purchase or delivery.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy and may take 2–5 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
6. Vendor Withdrawals
Vendors may request withdrawals five (5) days after successful sales.
Withdrawals will be processed as outlined in our Withdrawal Policy.
7. Commission and Fees
Blue-Chips Delivery Boy charges a commission on every completed transaction.
This fee is automatically deducted before vendor payouts.
Commission rates may be reviewed periodically, with notice provided to vendors.
8. Delivery Coverage
Deliveries are handled by approved riders operating exclusively within Delta State, Nigeria.
Delivery costs are automatically calculated based on distance and mode of delivery.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users may not:
- List illegal or counterfeit goods;
- Attempt to defraud customers, vendors, or the company;
- Interfere with the website’s operation or data integrity.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or permanent ban.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between users, vendors, or riders should first be reported through the Help & Support Center.
If unresolved, Blue-Chips Delivery Boy reserves the right to make a final decision in the best interest of all parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Vendor errors, delays, or product defects;
- Delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances;
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
12. Modification of Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
Changes take effect immediately once published on our website.
