At Delivery Boy, customer satisfaction is a priority.
We have established the following refund policy to ensure fair and transparent resolution for all purchase-related issues.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Customers are eligible to request a refund within four (4) days of purchase or delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect;
  • The vendor fails to deliver the product or service as described;
  • A transaction was mistakenly duplicated or charged in error.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable when:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged by the customer;
  • The refund request exceeds the four-day window;
  • The service (such as dispatch delivery) has already been completed successfully.

3. Refund Process

  1. Submit a refund request via the Support Center or your account dashboard.
  2. The platform will review the claim with the vendor.
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed within 2โ€“5 business days.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

4. Platform Discretion

All refund approvals are subject to verification by Blue-Chips Delivery Boy.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet our policy conditions.
