Shipping Policy

 
  1. We will notify you once your order is ready for dispatch. If we do not receive a response within 15 minutes, we may be unable to send out your package.
  2. For courier deliveries, if the driver arrives at your location and there is no response to their calls, they will wait no longer than 5 minutes.
• To resend your package, you will need to cover the cost of the return and re-delivery.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

  • Any changes to confirmed bulk orders must be requested at least 24 hours before the delivery date and other types of orders 12 hours.
  • If arrangements for your order have already been finalized, additional charges may apply based on the modifications.
  • In rare and unforeseen circumstances where we must cancel your order due to factors beyond our control, we will do our best to offer alternative solutions or provide a refund.
  • If you decide to cancel your order after payment, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
